As the McNair Scholars Program Director (85%), this position is responsible for all aspects of the McNair Scholar Program, including: program design and implementation, strategic planning and assessment, McNair Scholar recruitment and support, staff supervision and development, budget management, grant preparation, and federal reporting requirements.
