This position provides daily supervision of the Residential Mail and Package Center during the Fall and Winter semesters and year-round administrative & supervisory support for camps, conferences, guest housing, facilities, and auxiliary projects. Fall/Winter semester schedule is 9AM – 6PM weekdays including a 1 hour lunch, with a monthly meeting with staff on a night/weekend. Spring/Summer semester schedule is 8AM - 5PM including a 1 hour lunch, adjusted as needed to fall between 7AM - 7PM weekdays based on camp/conference schedule with up to 5 pre-scheduled weekend days.
Program Assistant - School of Interdisciplinary Studies (Brooks College of Interdisciplinary Studies) Allendale, Michigan
Provides clerical support for the School of Interdisciplinary Studies, including having primary responsibility for supporting several program directors, has overall administrative responsibility for SIS social media accounts, and is the primary administrative support for the course scheduling (in support of the unit head) for this large academic department with many academic majors and minors.

This position provides leadership in the development, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of academic practice/service models that support the strategic plan of the university, the college of nursing, and the broader community. Associate Dean for Graduate Programs - Kirkhof College of Nursing Grand Rapids, Michigan
The Associate Dean of Graduate Programs and Research for the Kirkhof College of Nursing provides leadership in managing all areas of the graduate academic degree programs including faculty and student affairs, program coordination, program evaluation, resource development and management, leadership in the development of future goals and directions for graduate nursing education, and public relations that facilitate the educational missions of the College of Nursing. Clinical Initiatives Specialist - Health Compliance Office Grand Rapids, Michigan

Project Manager- HRSA SET Grant (Adjunct) Grand Rapids, Michigan
A project manager from the HRSA SET grant will remain in the position to manage the implementation and evaluation of the SET grant project. This individual will report to the Co-Coordinators of Simulation for Academic Excellence and the Academic Nursing Curriculum Assessment and Evaluation Faculty for the grant and will receive 100% allocation of their time for this project. The job will entail the development of projects and quality assurance procedures and protocols. This individual will be required to build relationships with the Academic Nursing Coordinator, KCON faculty, key community practice partners, and facilitate communication among these individuals and grant team members. Activities related to data collection, ongoing monitoring of project goals, adherence to project activities/timeline, and maintenance of project documentation/reports with input from the grant team, will be required.

Tenure-track faculty position available with preferred experience in Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or PhD, and faculty that can teach across curriculum and levels. Experience teaching in higher education also desirable. Must have earned doctorate in nursing or related discipline; if the earned doctorate is not in nursing, the master’s degree must be in nursing. If the doctorate was earned via a BSN to doctorate, the doctorate must be in nursing (DNP or PhD), and the requirement for a master’s degree is waived.
Banner to Workday Transition Specialist (Adjunct) Allendale, Michigan
There are several positions available. These positions will provide student-focused service and guidance regarding records and registration. We will work with the chosen candidates to fit duties to interests, skills, and background. We are open to considering a hybrid work schedule and a less than full-time work schedule (salary range would be prorated accordingly). Positions will assist with maintaining processes within Banner, which could include areas such as registration, annual class schedule building, catalog maintenance, degree auditing, graduation, transfer equivalencies, reporting, and compliance. These positions will coordinate and oversee upgrades, and changes for systems related to records and registration during the transition from Banner to Workday. If the candidate has experience using Workday Student, the position may be focused on supporting the Workday Student implementation. The positions will begin between January and July 2024, and it is the intention of the department to continue these appointments on a yearly basis through 2027.
Affiliate Faculty of Practice or Instruction in Finance Grand Rapids, Michigan
