Summary: Grand Valley is looking for an Adjunct Instructor for the Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Department. This is a temporary part-time position. GVSU is seeking candidates to teach introductory level courses with expertise in the area of Women, Gender, Sexuality or LGBTQ studies with an interest in promoting a culture of diversity and gender equity among our undergraduate students who come from across the university.
Qualifications: We are seeking candidates to teach introductory level courses with expertise in the area of Women, Gender, Sexuality or LGBTQ studies with an interest in promoting a culture of diversity and gender equity among our undergraduate students who come from across the university. Candidates should possess a Master's degree or other applicable advanced degree in an appropriate related discipline. Those with at least 18 credits of graduate-level training in the area to be taught or have significant tested professional experience in the subject area may be considered. Preference will be given to those with teaching experience.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
