Access Services Manager - University Libraries Grand Rapids
Under the direction of the Head of Operations and User Services, and in collaboration with a department leadership team, manages and supports resource sharing, course reserves, and stacks maintenance across three library locations. With an emphasis on ensuring inclusive, accessible, quality user services, the Access Services Manager participates in the development, recommendation, and administration of policies, procedures and processes for the department. The Access Services Manager is responsible for assessing, researching, evaluating and reporting new developments in access services as they pertain to the university’s mission, vision, and values. University Libraries is a highly collaborative and student-centered organization that promotes an innovative and inclusive culture. GVSU Libraries values work-life balance and provides flexibility in accomplishing work. This position is a part of the Operations and User Services department, which is responsible for supporting a set of behind the scenes and public-facing functions virtually as well as on our Allendale and Grand Rapids, Michigan campuses. Temporary Part-time Security Staff - Department of Public Safety Services Allendale
Responsible for patrolling buildings, grounds and parking areas; traffic control; enforcing rules and regulations established by the university; completing reports, responding to emergencies; and assisting students, faculty, staff and visitors with daily safety needs. This is a part-time position with no more than 29 hours a week. This is a non-benefit eligible position.

Laboratory Instrumentation Specialist - Chemistry (College of Liberal Arts and Sciences) Allendale
The Chemistry Laboratory Instrumentation Specialist is responsible for the maintenance and operation of instrumentation in the Department of Chemistry on the Allendale campus of Grand Valley State University (GVSU), focusing in the areas of mass spectrometry and/or nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR), as well as optical spectroscopy and gas and liquid chromatography; other instrumentation will vary as needed by the department. Additional responsibilities include the scheduling of instrument time and training of other faculty, staff, and student scientists on these instruments. The Chemistry Laboratory Instrumentation Specialist contributes to the vibrant research, teaching and interdisciplinary collaboration atmosphere of the department.
COVID Assessment Team Nurse - Office of the Vice Provost for Health Grand Rapids
Grand Valley State University’s Office of the Vice Provost for Health is accepting applications for a registered nurse to serve as a lead on COVID contact tracing and related projects. Associate Vice President, Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer Allendale
